Enhance your replies to traveler inquiries
Multi-quote now includes property photos and a customized message for a better traveler experience. Whether it’s following up from a conversation you had or calling out special features for the quoted properties, including a message in the quote allows you to provide a more personalized experience, and property thumbnail photos with links make it easier for them to review their options.
Easily see what needs to be done at-a-glance
To help streamline your to-do list, updated message counts in the Inbox navigation pane now represents only the number of messages that require follow-up or an action to be taken.
Quickly find your contact information
In response to multiple Escapia user inquiries for their Escapia contact information, Escapia email addresses and outbound text phone numbers are now displayed in the left-hand navigation of the Inbox. And to make things extra simple, if travelers try to call the Escapia-provided phone number, it will forward to your primary business phone number.
See new messages immediately without refreshing
To help Escapia users receive traveler communications faster, the Inbox in Communications Hub now updates real-time without leaving Communications Hub or refreshing your conversations.
