Housekeeping schedules exactly how you need them.
We know how it is.  A property has a regular weekly cleaning.  But if the weekly cleaning is scheduled for the day of a checkout, skip the weekly cleaning and do the check-out cleaning.  Unless, of course, it is time for the semi-annual deep clean.    Keeping track of that manually is next to impossible.  Better to let the software do the hard work for you.  The new advanced housekeeping module lets you create unlimited schedules with all the logic you need to make sure the right cleaning happens at the right time.


Zone coverage lets you put the right people in the right places.

Keeping drive time to a minimum is key to getting a dozen homes cleaned before noon.
EscapiaONE advanced housekeeping gives you the power to assign homes to zones and to then manage the zones to make the most of the time available.   Zones are whatever you want them to be – possibly geographic regions for one housekeeper or housekeeping crew, separate condominium buildings, or different cities – it’s up to you.  Zones are designed to allow you to group units so you can provide housekeeping schedules split in any way that you choose.

Easy and Automatic Cleaning Notifications.
Thanks to Escapia's technology partnership with NAVIS, notification by the housekeeper can be automated. When the property is equipped with NAVIS's Housekeeping Management System (HMS), all the housekeeper needs to do after cleaning the property is pick up the telephone and touch a pre-defined sequence of numbers on the keypad (for example, *32). This will then automatically update the status of that property in the Escapia software to Clean.

Escapia Housekeeping also provides a Daily Housekeeping Report, Arrival/Departure Report, and Status Report - each exportable to Microsoft Excel. Various criteria can be selected to create the reports, such as the date range, housekeeper, location and office.
