Escapia Service Orders

Escapia Service Orders is integrated with Escapia Accounting enabling you to track and bill charges and mark ups to owners, units, and guests. With Escapia Service Orders, all maintenance work is properly scheduled and tracked, so maintenance work is easily managed, coordinated, completed, and invoiced on a timely basis.

Fully integrated within the EscapiaONE, Escapia Service Orders provides an efficient and powerful scheduling and tracking system to ensure that all maintenance issues are taken care of by the right vendor or technician at the right time.

Escapia Service Orders allow you to select the property for the service order, rank the priority, assign it to a technician or vendor, and indicate the assigned, due, and completed dates. There are also free-form text fields for entering detailed information about the service order, including Requested, Completed, and Follow-Up fields.

Each service order is automatically given a unique number which can easily be cross-referenced when the invoice is received from the vendor. This service order ID can then be attached to the vendor payment in the ‘Enter Bills’ screen, for a continuous paper trail.
